Keep yourself and your family healthy by learning the top homeopathic medicines to keep at home for colds, flu and other winter illnesses. This homeopathy foundations course runs five weeks every Wednesday from November 4th to December 2nd (except Tuesday November 10th as November 11th is a holiday). This course is designed to train you to be your own home nurse for yourself and your family for minor winter illnesses. All webinars run live for about 1 hour every week followed by a 30 minute question and practice period. Recordings and slides are available following each session. Classes start at 6 pm pacific time.
Homeopathy is a system of medicine which helps kick-start the body’s natural ability to heal itself, relieving symptoms gently while building overall health – it works best in an integrated health setting. Learn the top remedies for the winter, with tips on correct remedy selection, repetition and how to use it safely children and adults alike.
Week 1: Wednesday November 4 – Homeopathy foundations: learn the basics on how to use homeopathic medicines at home, including proper dosages, for infants, children, adults and the elderly. Learn what symptoms are important and how to differentiate between remedies.
Week 2: Tuesday November 10 – Homeopathy masterclass: Learn the top remedies to have in your home remedy kit for a strong immune system this winter.
Week 3: Wednesday November 18th – Building natural immunity with homeopathy: Top homeopathic medicines for fevers and flus.
Week 4. Wednesday November 25th – Homeopathic remedies for colds, sinus infections and earaches.
Week 5: Wednesday December 2nd – Learn the top natural homeopathic remedies for coughs, sore throats, laryngitis and croup. Wrapping up!
